STUDIO POLICIES

Neves Skin Studio Policies and a few things to keep in mind for your skincare appt:

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time a $50 fee will be charged to your card. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged a fee of the entire services cost.

Inclement weather. Living in Colorado there may be extreme weather conditions. However, this is usually predictable when watching the forecast. If you believe you will not make your appointment due to inclement road conditions please cancel your scheduled appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in our late cancellation policy and 100% of the service fee will be expected. We thank you for being proactive in watching the weather and making the necessary changes to your appointment early as needed.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled and 50% of the service will be charged before you are able to reschedule.

If you no-show to an appointment, the missed appointment will be charged in full. There will be a deposit required to reschedule a new appointment

IN ADDITION

CONTINUED RESCHEDULING WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME MAY RESULT IN YOUR PROVIDER REQUIRING A DEPOSIT FOR THE FULL SERVICE PRICE TO SECURE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. 

SICK POLICY

IF YOU HAVE AN UNEXPECTED ILLNESS WITHIN THE 48 HOUR OR 24 HOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WE DO ALLOW A RESCHEDULING FOR 1-2 WEEKS LATER WITHOUT THE CANCELLATION FEE BEING APPLIED. IF THAT RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IS THEN CANCELLED IT WILL RESULT IN A FEE.

I understand that Neves Skin Studio is a place of relaxation and self-care. No children, pets or additional company are allowed in the treatment room during the appointment due to the nature of the space, as well as liability reasons unless previously discussed with your practitioner.

After care is essential to keep skin results at an optimal level. I will inform my esthetician immediately if I experience any negative or undesired outcomes. I understand home care recommendations are to be followed for best results.

New client intake forms will be completed with your skin professional at your first visit to Neves Skin Studio.
