This is how our At Home Facial Kits have been perfected over the years.
So now, from the comfort of your own home and under the guidance of Neves staff, we are able to send At Home Facial kits right to your door, including an easy to follow instruction platform with written instructions and video tutorials.
We took this a step further and fully customized this experience to address your specific skin concerns from acne/sensitivity to hydration to hyperpigmentation/brightening. Our kits have different levels from The Starter Kit, The Repeat Kit, or Just the Basics kit. Let’s break it down.
If you are new to the At Home Facial Kits we highly recommend choosing the Starter Kit. This will equip you with the necessary tools needed to perform this facial effectively & efficiently. Everything you need will be included. For example, The Epic Duo Tool. A tool that helps push the active ingredients in the serum deep into the skin. All the Basics (active components that make our facials highly effective), and specialized medical grade skincare that will increase the benefits and boost results. Again…. Start here if you are a beginner. If you haven’t been a client of Neves be sure to schedule a 30 or 60 minute consultation. During this consultation we’ll review your needs as a customer, obtain a client intake, and provide recommendations for your facial and home care.

Once you have completed one Starter Kit the next order you’ll be able to choose either the Repeat Kit or the Basics. Below are the details and how you’ll know which kit to choose.
The Repeat Kit: this is for the customer who just wants the facial but is not committed to using the additional at home skincare recommendations (hint, this is not recommended to maximize your results). Or, maybe you want the travel sized 5ml products to keep on hand for travel or possibly a gym bag. You’ll receive everything the Starter Kit has to offer excluding the tool. This means, active ingredients and the travel sized supporting products. See our website for a description on what is included.
The Basics kit is just that. All the basic (but not so basic….) items. The actives. The items that will deliver the results. The reason you all requested access to this treatment even when you can’t come in to see us. The Basics…. Okay Okay, here is why you’d choose this option. Say you have already invested in supporting your skin between facial treatments (cheers to you and investing in the best way to maintain results and further enhance your skin). This means you are using Neves Recommended skincare: cleansers, mists, serums, moisturizers, spf. Everything you are using on a daily basis. So, if you want the active basics and you don’t need the supportive skincare choose this option.
Every At Home Facial Kit we send out will include a QR code that will lead you to our instruction platform. This is a great tool if you forget the exact steps from month to month. This will be available to you as a quick reference.
We have an exciting opportunity launching soon for this At Home Facial experience. Since we recommend it as an every 4-6 week treatment we are now offering Subscribe & Save on all of our At Home Facial Kits. This will save you 10% on every kit as long as your subscription is active.
